You can configure the Pricing Frequency through Team Settings, allowing price changes to be as frequent as Weekly or as infrequent as Quarterly.

You can also configure Luca to Auto Approve all price changes, or require Manual Approval, or a Download of the price plan. title

The configurations here depend on the nature of your business.

  • Want a dynamic system? Set price plan frequency to weekly and price plan approval to auto approve without human intervention.
  • Want a more traditional system? Set frequency to Monthly and approval to Manual Approve or Confirm.
